Alleluia! Christ is risen!
Easter began
in the Adirondack Mission at 5:00 AM in St. Paul's Church, Brant Lake, with
parishioners from Mission congregations gathering for the Lighting of the New
Fire, the Vigil, the Renewal of Baptismal Promises, and the First Eucharist of
Easter. At the end of the Liturgy, people were given blessed Easter Eggs and
gathered at the nearby Town Center for a delicious breakfast.
