The Adirondack Mission
Parish Work Day
September 2004

Eighteen members of the Mission joined in for a work day at the Rectory on Saturday, September 25th.  There were new storm doors to hang and other repairs to make on the house.  There was lots of work to be done on the property:  raking leaves, cutting brush, and reestablishing some limits to the encroaching forest.  Margaret Girvin made a hearty lunch and no one went hungry.  Lots of work got done and a good time was had by all.  Here are a few photos.

Every project needs a supervisor -- that's muggle,
not muddle....he never claimed to be a magician!

Porch repairs and new storm doors.

What's next?

Time for a break.

Talking it over before getting to work.

You want us to do what?

Making progress....

...but there's lots more to do.
